The Coordinator assesses and interviews a new student.
The Tutor is contacted and given some basic information about their potential student.
If the Tutor is interested, the Coordinator arranges a match meeting.
If the meeting goes well, the Coordinator will help the Tutor and Student select a time and place for tutoring,
provide a Learning Profile and a Learning Plan with background information and suggested materials,
and help determine goals.
Tutors report progress and hours monthly.
Tutors, Students and Coordinators meet quarterly for goal setting.
The Coordinators assess the student after every 50 hours of instruction.
